Garden Design: why do you need your garden designed?

The right design can add value to your property in more ways than one, with a planned planting, lighting and construction scheme, that is in proportion with your dwelling and combines well to give your garden unity and balance. Our aim is to provide you with a garden you can be proud of, entertain in and enjoy all year round.

The initial consultation is free. This will include a brief look and chat about your garden and your requirements (the design brief).

Once the initial consultation is done we will do a site survey and proceed with the outline plan of different areas, plants, materials and colours (concept plan). We will then arrange a meeting to discuss the plan to date, leading to the presentation and planting plans.

The cost for this service is unique to each garden but we usually give an estimated cost during the initial consultation.

The design side of our service is a big part of gardening in general, and we have a good understanding of plants and different construction methods, taking consideration of recent trends, climate change and recycling needs. As well as a whole garden design we could also re-design a flower border or a patio area for instance.
